How form submissions are processed
Our appointment form is processed by Web3Forms. Web3Forms receives the information entered in the form and forwards it to DrainProby email. Who can access your information
Appointment-request emails are accessible only to three authorized members of the DrainPro team. We do not enter this information into scheduling, accounting, customer relationship management, or marketing software.
Information is shared only with the providers needed to process the form and deliver the resulting email, or when disclosure is required by law.
How long we keep information
We retain an appointment-request email only until the related job is complete or the inquiry is otherwise resolved. We then delete the email from the receiving inbox, unless we must retain it longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in the form.
